Tooling-free fabrication and assembly facilities enable SL Engineering to build first off development and prototype parts to CADD’s data using either probe contact or laser non-contact CMM’s.
Modular fixturing to allow cost effective (pre-production tooling) build of small batches of pipe assemblies.
The capability to fabricate and build complex manifold assemblies.
Specialist activities include the manufacture and assembly of high pressure double skinned fuel pipes, leak off and manifold systems to satisfy SOLAS requirements.
Other assembly services offered include press fitting, freeze fitting, taping and bonding to name but a few.
